• When was the house last painted?
• How old is the water heater?
• What is the capacity of the water heater?
• What were your electric bills over the past 12 months?
• What were your water bills over the past 12 months?

Has the house had any foundation problems of which you are aware?

• Have their been any additions to the house? When?

Any other questions you can have answered before you put your house on the market will allow the house to be sold at a higher value and faster.
